I was having a really rough couple of days... where I couldn't even escape my thoughts in the studio, which is my happy place. Then... something magical happened. I was driving in and saw this guy putting on a show in front of a pretty major roadway.
Headphones in, ass up. Slow motion. Snap, head flip. and go.
I honestly don't think he knew anyone was watching him. He was just doing his thing! and what a beautiful thing it was for five minutes.
Thank you, Mr Flawless... you turned my week around.
By now you should know how much I love messing with people, making them feel uncomfortable, etc... and I especially like watching other people do it, even if I get jealous that they're getting all the attention.
Jérôme Jarre deserves every bit of attention for his Vine. In 6 seconds he can make anyone squirm and it's a beautiful thing.
"Really?"
Pretty sure this is a must-try.
And definitely doing this the next time someone tries to give me something.
He's got to have the biggest balls in the world... like bigger than the 142 pounder. Or he just likes to have fun... and combine all that with his voice... I just wanna know if he'll marry me.
This probably should have been in the Hangover because I'm assuming a lot of people have already seen it, but it deserves its own post, even if I'm a little late.
It needs no further introduction.
INCREDIBLE! TWO THUMBS UP! BEST PARODY OF 2013!
Seriously... they really are having an interesting love affair. I'm surprised it took this long for someone to make such a trailer.
I can't believe it's finally back. I'm so scared to see how their love story ends.
BONUS!: 6:30pm.
There's also this here video of a dude playing the intro/theme... on METH MAKING INSTRUMENTS. If that's not a genius idea to go viral, I don't know what is anymore.
If you're one of those people who's like "women suck at being funny and doing impressions and making me laugh," first of all: Girl Code. Second of all: Watch this and shut your mouth forever.
Christina Bianco sings "Total Eclipse of the Heart" and changes up her style every time someone yells a different name. Get ready to see/hear everyone from Adele to Bette Midler to Celine Dion, and of course some B-Spears.
How fantastic is that?! Some of them were a little off, [I'm not sure if I loved the Britney one] but she totally nailed others [Celine, Adele.. Xtina's trying-too-hard vocals]... Kristin Chenoweth and Julie Andrews were also perfect. [How does Kristin sing so well after talking the way she does?!?]
This makes me wanna see this lady in real life. Turns out, that probably won't be very easy... but we can watch another impression reel, this time including Drew Barrymore, Amy Winehouse, and even Dora the Explorer.
SHE'S SO GOOD! I'm jealous of her talent. And now I'm going to spend more time watching her videos so bye.
Normally I'm not jumping out of my seat or bed or anything to see a Jackass movie, but I might be there for opening night with this one.
It's kinda scripted, but it's real pranks, performed in front of real people, with their real reactions. AKA my favorite kinda videos on YouTube or anywhere.
I laughed out loud in the trailer three times. That doesn't happen. Ever.
If only YouTube was a thing when I was growing up... I would have gotten the ultimate revenge on my brother so many times.
This girl did. Homeboy was practicing some serious twerking skills in his room, until he was interrupted by the Internet fame calling his name.
At least he seems to show some promise and talent, right? I mean, he's not completely stiff... but I'm worried for any girlfriend he tries to put the moves on in the future.
Okay, so we've seen old ladies try to twerk, but this is better. This is a batch of grannies and gramps of all varieties being exposed to twerking, and giving their epic reactions. [Yeah, I'm still saying epic- get off me.]
First of all, Don and Rock are the freakin' MANS! [Saying men seemed weird.] They made me laugh the most. [And Granddad's name is Don, so that's obviously where the awesome comes from.]
"I can't move like that, bro!" Oh my goodness, I almost lost it.
Then we get the "we get excited about an ankle or a wrist, but a booty, upside, shaking to the music? HELLO! We explode!" A little TMI, dude... but I loved every word of it.
My stomach seriously hurts from laughing. I love it. So much.
This is... well, I don't even know a good word for it. Just watch two old people trying to connect with the young whippersnappers by rapping that Jesus is their *n-bomb.*
Some "highlights":
"I preach the word, and that's my gig, and I rhyme better than Notorious Big."
"He's the son of the original G."
"Turn the other cheek" AND SHE GIVES US HER ASS! I can't.
And the sunglasses and head nod?! Is that their hype man with the headphones?! Oh em gee what were these people thinking?! I seriously have no words. Can't stop laughing.
Buzzfeed's posts about 90s nostalgia are pretty on point most of the time... but this video that College Humor did is so right.
Reading them is like interrogation. It's like shoving a nostalgia mind eff in our face... and I can only imagine that this is what it's like for the employees.
YOU WILL LIKE THE 90s OR YOU WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HERE WEBSITE. EVER.
I'm sorry. If you don't love the 90s, you can still come back... we just can't be friends.
The Super Moon must have gotten the best of the news anchors/reporters/meteorologists this weekend! I had a pretty fun morning/day looking through the crazy amount of screw-ups they had!
First, a weather-lady who's terrified of spiders has to face her fear... BIG time.
Then the lady who can't stop laughing during a really serious bunch of stories...
I like it so much better when they don't apologize... but I guess if they wanna keep their job they have to do it. Dumb.
As if I haven't laughed enough [people laughing makes me laugh, duh]... there's this woman who's just trying to get closer to the story... but she should know that people are a-holes.
But, if I'm being honest... my favorite one of the day/week/maybe even year so far... is this lady dropping the f-bomb twice. It's not her doing it that makes me laugh... that mostly makes me wanna punch the photographer/editor in the face for letting that go through to the show... The anchor's face as soon as it cuts back to her- that's priceless.
Oh man. I love them all. Thank you, news people everywhere. These are reasons I didn't get into hard news. I can't just yell "DRINK!" every time I mess up.
Don't you worry about SNL not being in season... The Lonely Island don't need no SNL! All they need is a Diddy cameo and Robyn to sing a hook about doing everything they say.
AKA "Indiana Jones and whip your dick out."
LOL WTF! Can I just please be in the room when they're brainstorming on lyrics for these songs?!
I really have no other words for it than that wish.
I have been seeing a solid amount of memes about graduating, and they're pretty damn hilarious... so I put together a gallery of them on the station's page, which you should obviously check out.
Ya wanna know why your favorite radio personalities seem to just disappear overnight with no explanation? Because bosses are terrified of us going nuts as butts during our last show. We could cuss to no end, broadcast secrets about the station, or show up hammered drunk [also illegal].
I may or may not have been extremely intoxicated from the night before while doing my final show in College Station... but I think I played it off better than this BBC Radio lady. She is one big ol' sloppy, slurring hot mess. If you can make out half of what she's saying, you should become a translator.
“I’ve had a couple of drinks, I’m not drunk. I’m sad… Start your messages with… Stoke? Yes, start it with Stoke. I don’t care. Whatever you want to hear this afternoon, it’s like you can hear it.” Just in case you needed some help...
I know radio people laugh at ourselves quite a bit... but this lady is awkwardly laughing way more than usual. It's amazing. She drowned her sadness in happy, drunken, giggly tears. Perfect.
Also, if you stare at that picture while listening, it's almost like you see her with her drunken, half smile while doing the show. It's mesmerizing.
I still see people tweeting about looking for things to help them smile again, now that we're also remembering the anniversary of the VT shootings. I'm here to help, my friends.
Nothing can make you smile more than another smile. Make it another smile from an animal and hot diggity damn we got ourselves a winner.... or 20.
Did you make it through without cracking a smile?! If you say yes, I'm calling BS. There's absolutely no way that's even possible, you liar.
If you didn't know about the Instagram photo challenge I made for the station, you needta educate yourself. Then you need to join in. It's never too late; you don't need to catch up!
Yesterday's big inspiration was "make-up," but Corey didn't wanna give up on it just because he's a dude.... so I suggested a make-over of course!
He got the works! Eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, bronzer, concealer, etc! Even a little flat iron action!
What a beautiful lumberjack lookin' lady, right?! ...Good thing he doesn't have the goal of becoming a drag queen. Those "goat screams" are a little ridiculous.
Oh and BTW- How FABULOUS is my bathroom's wallpaper?! If only it had some better lighting...
When I say every girl does it, I guess that's me hoping that I'm not the only one... cuz this here video is my life.
Wake up from a serious coma, notice your phone isn't around you, and let the panic start in.
I wish I could remember the excuses I came up with last weekend... pretty sure it was "the pizza man probably stole it from the counter." Where was it really? The purse I took out... I had been looking in a different purse. Woopsies.
