I still see people tweeting about looking for things to help them smile again, now that we're also remembering the anniversary of the VT shootings. I'm here to help, my friends.

Nothing can make you smile more than another smile. Make it another smile from an animal and hot diggity damn we got ourselves a winner.... or 20.

Did you make it through without cracking a smile?! If you say yes, I'm calling BS. There's absolutely no way that's even possible, you liar.

It's been a really crappy day in the world, but I'm trying to find any positivity in it that I can. One thing helping me to smile- this video.

You remember the talking dog that just wanted some bacon/food... well now there's this "talking dog" that just wants a kitten, and it's so good!


Snakes? Bleh! OH COME ON!

Gah, the dude who does this is just so good. How a human voice matches a dog's mouth so well, I'll never fully understand... but I thank him for giving us such gold on a gloomy day.

watch etv: lil nugget watching himself is the cutest thing ever

So how much cuteness can you handle at one time?! You're gonna need to brace yourself, because Lil Nugget is stepping his cute game up.

He finally figured out how to go up and down the stairs today, and then turned it into his own little game/jungle gym. I thought that video was cute, until I noticed him watching it once I was done editing...


"Mom! Where'd that cute little guy go?! I WANNA WATCH HIM SOME MORE! MAKE IT COME BACK!!! CMON HOW DO I DO IT!!!!"

That's what he was saying at the end. If you listen carefully, you can hear a bunch of dings because he was hitting a bunch of buttons on my keyboard.

This little guy is smart. And he's gonna get himself into trouubbble! When it comes to Slutty, she still hates him, but he doesn't seem to care. He thinks he's bigger. Those GIFs will be posted on Monday.

meet my new little nugget!

I've been saying that Slutty Cat needed a friend ever since I moved to Texas, and now we finally got her one! Meet Lil Nugget!

IIII KNOW! He's perfect. I've always wanted a little ginger cat. 

When we picked him out, I figured Slutty would go back into mommy mode and take care of him because he's only 6 weeks old. I thought she'd love him and be besties and probably try to hump him when he got bigger [in more ways than one]. *And yes, they're allowed to hump. They're not blood related!*

All of my visions were so wrong. All she's done is watch him like a hawk and hate his guts. 

Hopefully one day they'll be friends. Until then, allow me to show you the many faces of Nugget. [FYI he doesn't have an official name yet, but Charlie, Bailey, and Kirby are up for grabs right now. Feel free to vote!]

Next time anyone tells me I'm just a single, crazy cat lady, I'm going to direct them to this girl's eHarmony video and tell them to suck watch it.



I don't know if this is fake, if she was just being ridiculous, or if she really is weird, but either way it's a bit much... Especially when you consider the only other video on her channel is her and her "Siamese twin."

Today is National Pet Day, and because Slutty Cat is still just as awesome as ever, and now fetching her new favorite toy [the plastic seal thing from a milk jug] 24/7, I thought I'd bring her back to the Internet.



She's been cooped up on my apartment since the move, so her sluttiness involves staring out the window and meowing at all the boys. Poor girl. Can't get her needs fulfilled anymore. Maybe one day...

This is weird. Really weird.

Without much introduction, I will just tell you to watch this video of a newborn kitten that has two faces...

WOAH. Crazy! TWO faces and they BOTH function normally!

I seriously don't know what I would have done if Slutty Cat had a kitten like that... Do you keep it because it's special, or freak out and probably end up taking it to the pound or shelter in the end because no one wants it?! OR would you be the one to save such a kitten from a litter like this?!

I honestly don't know what I'd do. It really freaks me out... Plus I would hate for it to die after I got attached. Gah.
