poll: what should I do with my living room?

Decisions are my enemy, and you're my best friend... so I'm glad we have developed this fantastic relationship where you can help me decide REALLY EXTRA LIFE CHANGING decisions.... like which dining room table/chairs I should get.

Every night for at least two months, I lay in my bed [during my only "me time"] and try to find the perfect set and I don't think "perfect" is going to happen in my budget. So here's what we're looking at.

You know my living room is purple and turquoise, but my kitchen is green, and the dining room is inbetween. I've decided I definitely want a black table of some sort and green chairs, but I can't decide which shade or which height. This is where you come in. [I put a vase that is similar to one I just got so you can see how the colors will hopefully flow, along with other artwork etc.]

This is your typical dining height table [this one expands to get longer] with a really light "celery green" leather chair or a lime green microfiber one.

This is "counter height" which is really only a couple inches higher, but to me it seems cooler. Again, a cloth true-green option, and leather lighter option.

In my head, the lighter colors would be an easier, more fun transition with colors, but now that I put these together I'm not sure if that's entirely true. Also, it's impossible to find a green chair with black legs. The C option is the only one I wouldn't have to paint to match the table.

I'm trying to class up my apartment so which option do you think best does that?

I know the tables are plain, but a girl's gotta save SOME kind of money! I figure the chairs make more of an impact... right or wrong?

Have I told you lately that I love you?

nifty: coolest couch, loveseat, recliner EVER

I don't know what to call this thing besides the GENIUS have-your-cake-and-eat-it-too piece of furniture!

It's a couch, it's a recliner, it's a loveseat, it's individual chairs... It's literally whatever you want it to be.

Thanks to a language barrier, I can't figure out how much it costs, but I want it. Seeeeriously... When am I gonna find me a freakin' sugar daddy!?

nifty: the instant dishwasher

This is the best legit invention I've seen all year.

I always give you fun, silly, random things that are absolutely amazing, but this is something that should definitely be in every one bedroom apartment in America.

It's the Instant Dishwasher by Bosch.

It super tiny, sits right on your counter by your sink, and washes a few dishes instantly. All ya do is lower a couple plates, a cup, and utensils into the little slot and let the magic take over.

It runs under your counter and basically looks like a bigger Wii console placed in your counter-top. As far as I can tell, there's not a whole lot of maintenance you'd need to do.

Seriously, how great would this be in a one bedroom apartment?! Even for two people! It would take care of any "Ughhh I'll do it later" statements. It's a piece of cake!

No idea how much it'll cost, but you can bet your bottom dollar it'll be worth every penny.

watch: completely transformable apartment

If you're like me, you like a lot of living space in your home. [Maybe because of all your S, maybe because you like having parties...]

Homeboy invented a way to have a very small space but have plenty of space, and up to 24 rooms!

I shall call him Hong Kong homeboy, because that's where he lives. [An Asian created such a thing... go figure.]

How neat! Literally, clean... but also cool!

I don't think all of my stuff would fit into such a place, nor would I want to put in so much effort every time I want to switch rooms, but dangggg! It sure is different and something to show off!

You've impressed me again, you silly Asians.

nifty: water drop shower

I don't care what I've ever said before, this thing I shall share with you now trumps anything that I've ever wanted. [Well... Maybe minus one thing.]

As soon as I become rich and famous one day, this is the first thing I shall buy for my house... The Waterdrop Shower.

Right now you're probably thinking it's not that cool; It just looks like a water drop.

False.

On the inside it features a 360 degree touch screen, the size of the shower.

What does that touch screen do? Controls the temperature and intensity of the water, music you may want to play, and oh yea... Videos and movies... In 3D.

Stop it. This can't be real. I'm living a dream and imagining this is something that exists, right?!

You can watch a movie, in the shower... Any movie. Can you just imagine the possibilities right now?!

Just in case I never become rich... Ummm... Do some of you want to pitch in on one and we'll all share?! I'm good at sharing sometimes...

Genius. So genius. I wish Santa was rich.

nifty: sweetest bathtubs ever

Taking a bath is pretty great, but not when you have an ordinary, small bathtub that you can barely fit in. It pretty much defeats the whole purpose of relaxation.

Before today, I thought an average jacuzzi was all I really desired in my future home. Now I've seen these bathtubs, which are probably the coolest in the whole world, and I have yet another thing I want to have in my house when I become rich. [Which will probably won't happen until I'm 98 years old...]

Made of gold?! Oh, okay!

Not only can you see-through it, but it has settings to make you energized, or relaxed.. Whatever you want.

I've always loved pretty colors.

Oh so stylish!

Imagine this in a nice cottage... So neat!

Why not have a couple HD TVs attached?! It's also got some gold and crystals in it.

For the "artsy" type... Even though it reminds me of a bong.

A sparkly high-heel!

Did you know bathtubs are on walls now? It goes from shower to tub in no time flat.

Stylish, wood, pearls. It's like taking a bath inside a nutshell.

A chaise lounge turned into a bathtub, equipped with waterfall.

IN-GROUND bathtub?! Does this not look like the most relaxing thing you've ever seen?!

Now I want to go take a bath, even in my small tub. Too bad I don't have Mr. Bubbles.
