I've posted videos from former American Idol contestant Todrick Hall on here before... they're always pretty good! But this one.... is somethin' special.

First of all, I get to see my boo Antoine Dodson for a split second... second of all, Todrick gathered a bunch of YouTube stars [and another former Idol girl Vonzell Soloman] to do a straight up ghetto version of "Beauty and the Beast." No more "bonjour," it's all about the "what's good," and being holla'd at by Jerome.



People on YouTube are wah'ing about it making fun of the stereotypes and not cool and blah blah blah. You shut your mouths right now. That ish is GOOD.

my first ever giveaway! antoine dodson decals

Tweet OMG. I have the BEST readers/fans/listeners/whatever EVER.

I've been asking for a Sugar Daddy for the longest, and it feels like I've scored a SECRET Sugar Daddy! It's like half secret admirer, half Sugar Daddy.

The other week I showed you this awesome Antoine Dodson merchandise and begged for someone to get it for me. Today in the mail I got this anonymous letter:

I read on your blog that you wanted an Antoine Dodson shirt, and while I don't have $20 + shipping to blow either, what I do have is the ability to make decals. So, here you go!

Inside the envelope were 8 decals of what the shirts I wanted had on them.

I seriously have NO idea who sent these! All I know is that they're from DC and have neat handwriting, and were smart and amazing enough to look up the address to the station and send them. It could be a girl, so I should probably refer to them as my Secret Sugar Maddy from now on. [Mama plus Daddy, duh.] I wish I could thank them personally [and see if we can work something out to get love, EB ones made since I've been looking at pricing for that anyway], but hopefully they'll just see this.


Anyway, onto the giveaway thing-

I'm obviously going to keep two of them for myself, but it's time I start giving back to you guys! If you love the Antoine Dodson stuff as much as I do, all you've gotta do this week is send out a tweet with the link to this page and @luvelizabethany so I can see it. By the end of the week, I'll pick all of the people who will get one of these awesome decals! [They're the kind that stick right onto your window or anything and don't have to have that annoying clear sticker edge around it! SO cool!]

watch: antoine dodson shows off his halloween costume

Tweet Everyone's all in a tizzy because Antoine Dodson is famous for talking about a terrifying event that happened to his family, but when you make enough money to move your entire family, I'd say it's okay to still laugh at it.

It's also okay to laugh at it when he's laughing, too... And when he's showing off the #1 Halloween costume of 2010, which happens to be him.



WEEELLLLLL... if that ain't the best way to show the new in thing, I don't know what is. AN-TOINE.

How long until we see him on a TV show or movie, do you think? I bet it won't be long.

Tweet Can we go ahead and say Antoine Dodson is the biggest viral success story EVER?! Seriously. Ever.

He's moved his parents out of the projects. He's the #1 Halloween costume over Lady Gaga and the cast of Jersey Shore. He's got merchandise that I yearn for. And he PERFORMED on the BET Hip Hop Awards... Where celebs stood up and sang his song.



Epic. Absolutely epic.

"I don't know how long they'll be there for" was pretty perfect too, but I'm hoping that money lasts forever! HIDE YA MONEY ANTOINE! THEY GON' FIND IT AND TAKE IT!

Seriously. He's my hero. He done became viral and famous and RICH. I want that to happen to me!

Tweet I'm not sure if it's ridiculous that he's still such a big, hilarious thing, but Antoine Dodson EVERYTHING still makes me LOL.

When DJ X posted to a bunch of "Hide ya ___" clothes, I immediately added them to my Christmas list.

Seeeriously...Check out how amazing these things are.

Sugar Daddy, if you're out there and reading this right now, I think I should tell you that I most love the "You are really DUMB" tee and the white hoodie. Kthanks.

I'm so glad the guy has gotten to capitalize on this and move his family out of the projects. It's like the craziest YouTube viral story ever... And that's why it'll never get old. Ever.

antoine dodson has a doll!

Tweet OMG! Not many things can make me laugh out loud in a "quiet" office, but this did.

There is an Antoine "Hide ya kids, hide ya wife" Dodson doll for sale on eBay.

That's another way you know you've made it. Amazing.

Oh, and one more way to know- An auto-tune song of what you said on the news hits the Billboard Top 100 chart... Cuz yes, that happened.

meet antoine dodson: overnight internet sensation with a threat

It's amazing how quickly the Internet can spread something. Within hours Mr. Antoine Dodson was practically an Internet HERO, thanks to this news story:



Really it leaves me pretty speechless. Could he be any more... perfect for the Internet and all of us to laugh at him?!

It's possible... Especially when you start making remixes of it:







That last one is some Japanese instrument called a Shamisen. Crazy!

When you do something that instantly has people making remixes, you know you're set for life. So what's homeboy's reaction?
