listen: jobros plus common?!

This is a problem.

Common combined with the Jonas Brothers on a song called "Don't Charge Me For the Crime."

In the words of Grooves, "no one really keeps it real anymore. Seriously."

I honestly can't stand the way the song sounds, yet it's already stuck in my head. I want to shoot myself.

Yes, I do think the lyrics are cool. I like the meaning for it, whatever. But the Jonas Brothers... And Common... The two just don't go together.

Would we have combined Hanson with.. I don't know.. Dr. Dre?! Biggie?! Probably not.

These kids are just tryin' way too hard for me.

real quick

Hey! I'm sorry I haven't been updating very well in the past 24 hours, and unfortunately I probably won't be able to until late tonight. I'm heading back to the DMV for Kane's birthday extravaganza at Six Flags with Sean Kingston and Colby O'Donis!!

So, real quick, I'll just give you a couple of things to check out:

A different kind of Poke[h]er face from Kid Cudi, Kanye West, and Common:

No Doubt's first leaked song from the upcoming album, "Stand and Deliver."

Octomom is officially going to have her own TV show... As if we didn't see it coming. It's apparently a cross between Jon and Kate Plus 8 and the Bachelor. [Yeah, somehow they're going to find this crazy woman with 14 kids a man who will love her.......] Her only thoughts: Don't call her Octomom, and remember, she's not a celebrity. No duh, lady. But you sure are dragging out this annoying 15 minutes.

Que Mosley of Day26 apparently tried out for American Idol before! [According to his twitter] But Randy, Paula and Simon turned him away! Good thing they did, though. We wouldn't have the awesomeness of Day26, or the current drama of MTB4.

This is just cool:

And this is just crazy:

I can't get into it all yet, but these are my picks for bottom 3/voted out tonight. Just so that I can maybe keep my stats up. :-P

...Will be in the bottom 3, but unfortunately, I HATE to say this because I absolutely love him, he's going home:

I honestly hope I'm wrong. Or I hope he gets saved. But I just have a bad feeling....

Alright, enjoy those for the day! I'll be back later for more, hopefully!

they're already here

I've said it about 239847 times this week, but I love the "Yes We Can" song/video that Will.i.am did with a bunch of other celebrities.. I also like Nas' "Black President" and whatever else I find.

And I was wondering when a new one would come out.. Now that Barack Obama has officially been elected President.

Welp, guess none of us are going to have to wait too long. Will.i.am was already working on the video for his latest song, "It's A New Day" in Chicago.. While he was beaming to the CNN studios too.

This is the video-->

Is it any surprise that I love it? I love when he stops to reflect, too. And, I genuinely think it has a great beat, especially to go with the meaning of the song. Meh, I've said it before, I'll say it again with no hesitation.. The man is a genius.

Don't go anywhere, though.. Common, another genius in the music world, has also leaked an Obama song.. Called "Changes."

This isn't the official video.. The official release will probably be Inauguration Day, January 20. But you can still check out the song :)

I don't love the song as much as I love Will.i.am's, but it's a good song.. Great lyrics.. Great meaning, of course. It's more of an emotional song than an uplifting one, I think. But both work, for sure. :)

Ahh, I love it. I WANT MORE! NOW! Kthanks :)

Isn't it sweet to know your boyfriend will forget about his shows and just want to be with you?

Well, maybe thats more of a "yikes," but it's cute to see such an in-love couple. ;)

Reports are saying DJ Dummy talked to BET about how Common is just head-over-heels in love right now. So much, that most of his album is all about his lady!

Oh and BTW-- his lady= the bootylicious Serena Williams.

The Dummy (ha, what a name) said he's never seen Common so happy! And they were seen surfin-it-up in Hawaii recently. Precious.

[I had no idea they were together. Woops.]

Keep it together, guys! It's nice to see a little puppy love between the rap and sports scenes. :)
