dirty work podcast: they went on one date thanks to match.com

This has obviously turned into quite the adventure each week for Niblett and I on The Break For Play Time. We scour through your calls and pick people to "help."

This week a guy went on a date with a girl he met on Match.com, and wasn't on the same page as she was. So, of course, we had to break the news to her.

Great. If I can't make someone mad, I make them cry. It's NOT my fault! And I DO have a heart! I'm just doing what y'all ask us to do, that's it!

Hopefully next week Nibs will finally man up and do it. And hopefully we won't have to break any couples up.

podcast: the most awkward sound to ever come out of my mouth

Last night on The Break For Play Time, Niblett surprised me with a clip that he apparently took from one of our podcasts when he was listening back.

I have no idea when I made this noise, nor do I really believe that he took it from our podcasts and not some secret, creepy, audio recorder, but I do make a lot of weird noises so I guess it's believable.

Because I've gotten a ton of texts and tweets asking me to put it up so people can hear it, I'm doing it. Ugh.

I have no comment.

we do your dirty work: her boyfriend dresses his dog in tutus

Niblett and I [AKA The Break For play Time] have come to the conclusion that when we call your S/O's for you, we're officially doing your dirty work... And we're okay with that!

This week a girl, Natalie, called in to tell us about her boyfriend who apparently dresses his dog in all sorts of outfits, including tutus, and even gave his dog its own drawer in his dresser. [What the H?!]

I don't know how I feel about coming between a man and his best friend, but we decided to give it a try and also try to keep these two together:

Seriously... I SWEAR I don't do any of this with the intention of ruining a relationship. I PROMISE I'm not one of those bitter single chics who doesn't want anyone to be in a relationship if I'm not...

Nibs and I are just unlucky when it comes to getting "strong" couples who can make it through the truth. Oy.

By the way, if you've missed the memo, our show is every Tuesday night starting around 8/7c, so listen in! [We've also got an iPhone app now! Search "Radio Aggieland!] If you can't listen live, you can always check out our podcasts afterward:

If anyone wants us to do their dirty work, and thinks they can make it through, please, dear Baby Jesus, let us know!

the night we ruined a relationship

As you should know by now, every Tuesday night I join Niblett, our night guy, for our weekly show- "the Break For play Time." [Get it?!]

Tonight I had the idea of asking people to test their boyfriends. Basically, they think they're boyfriend is loyal, they give us their phone number, and I call him, flirt, and ask him out.

I figured no guy would be dumb enough to fall for it unless he's a real skeezeball. Niblett thought they would, but he normally knows nothing about relationships. When a girl who's engaged called, I knew I had this bet in the bag.

...Until we made the call. Listen to it below in two parts:

We couldn't play that on air. He wasn't too happy with us, as you could hear, and we were a little worried about our lives. The fun thing about the internet is that you have a little more leeway [and he may not know this is here].

I swear on everything I own, even Slutty Cat, that this is real. Real people. Real radio. No set up.

I know. It's hard for even me to believe that two pranks in a row have been pulled off with such success. I'd say Niblett and I are destined for greatness.

We'll be having a podcast channel up and running on iTunes soon. Be on the lookout.

To the couple that we probably broke up tonight- I sincerely apologize, but it's a known fact- Radio ruins lives, and you volunteered yours.

podcast: i had to tell a girl she's fat

If you didn't know, I have been joining Niblett on his show every Tuesday night on Candy 95. It's been pretty crazy and hilarious, I'm not going to lie. Now we've finally come up with a name for our show:

Get it?! It's like the Break for playtime... OR... The Break foreplay time! teeheehee.

Anyway, we're going to start a Facebook group and podcast channel soon, but in the meantime, you can find the podcasts on my channel.

This week we asked people if they had any calls they needed us to make for them to their girlfriends. Sure enough, plenty of people did. Of course Niblett wanted to take care of the one that he could make my responsibility- Telling a girl she was too fat for her costume.

Some guy wrote in saying his girlfriend's Halloween costume was too small and she needed to know. So..... somehow.... we pulled it off. I called her with a nice anonymous name and let her know the truth. It didn't go as smoothly as planned, but... well... we did it.

So, uh... yeah... I'm going to go ahead and say we can handle anything at this point. If you have any dirty deeds you need us to take care of, I'm up for the challenge. You just let us know!
