This website is called Tweet from Above or Tweet from Below, and it sends out anonymous tweets without any connection to you.
Basically, you can send out anything, to anyone, and they'll have no idea who it is. It also shows the tweets that others have sent out right on the page!
Let the games begin, my friends! This could be so interesting. Imagine the possibilities! I'm about to tweet so many people and they'll have no idea.
