Seriously.. Technology is about to take over. I don't care what anyone says, it's going to happen, one step at a time.
The next step: A violin playing robot.
Toyota premiered a robot last year that actually plays the violin, mostly Christmas carols, just like a human would.
It's not like ChuckE, or other creepy robots who appear to be singing, dancing, and playing the banjo.. This is real. He.. or.. it is really playing the violin.
This is incredible. Whoever made him is ridiculously smart. I just hope they didn't give the robot TOO much of a brain.
Anyways, apparently this guy has 17 joints in each arm/hand. Wow. It's made with joints so that it can have the fluid movement that humans do.
I think they achieved it, don't you? He's even swaying back and forth with the music!
I'm worried. But amazed.
