If you had to do 80 hours of community service, what would you ask to do for it?

What if you were a famous musician?

After getting into a little bit of a fight at Waffle House, Kid Rock has 80 hours to complete and he asked if he could sing and hang out with the troops in Iraq.

No, he didn't ask to fight or do something USEFUL, he just wanted to go out there and do his thing.. And probably smoke a couple blunts.

Is it any big surprise the judge say no way?! Is it a surprise that Kid Rock is pissed and doesn't understand why he can't turn a negative into a positive?

Not for me. But he says,

"Apparently the judge thinks it's more important that I do something else than sing, shake hands, take pictures, and spend time with the men and women who put themselves in harm's way to protect the freedoms he and all of us live by. I really take it as a slap in the face."

Well said and nice try, guy.. But, uh... That would just be too much of a celebrity benefit or whatever. Nice of you, yes. But do it on your own time.. Thanks. :)
