What's the latest word to be added to the dictionary?!
The Collins English Dictionary has added "meh" to its 30th anniversary book, which will be published next year.
The definition: "An expression of utter boredom or an indication of how little you care for an idea."
Why is it being added? The head of Collins dictionaries [which is stationed in the UK] says "This is a new interjection from the US that seems to have inveigled its way into common speech over here."
Interesting! I swear, the words making it into dictionaries these days are so slang, it's weird. I'm still pushing to have nookage added to the books.. We'll see I guess.
