Who says The Muppets are a thing of the past?! Or even just a thing for younger kids?Not the Jim Henson Co.!!
They've just picked up a script for the crew that will be targeted towards ADULTS!
It's going to be called "The Happytime Murders" and sounds something like "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?"..
Basically, it's a human world that the muppets exist in, and they're not exactly the most liked.. err, things.. around. And when they start to get murdered one by one, "a disgraced puppet LAPD detective turned private eye — with a drinking problem, no less — takes on the case."
Innnnteresting. Nothin' like the Muppets my mom introduced me to, that's for sure.
I'm unsure about this one. I think I'll want to see it either way. It's fun to go back to things from your past that can now live in the present.. I just wonder if it will work or not.. What do you think?
