It's going to be a VERY crazy week for me, and I can't believe it's only Monday. Ya know those days where you feel like you got a lot done, but have nothing to show for it? Yeah. Welcome to my day.

I did have a pretty good show, though. I've been putting more effort into preparing for my show and making sure I have things to talk about, so I hope you're listening and enjoying!

I've been getting a lot of interesting "impressions" from people when I meet them lately. It's a given that everyone you meet is going to say "you look nothing like you sound!" when you work in radio, but I always ask what they expected. Lately I've been getting "fat, black, jaded, old, single mom, innocent..." to name a few.

Either I'm doing something wrong, or they have the wrong show.

I decided to ask them to text in their imaginary EB's, and these are some of the answers I got:


I couldn't stop laughing or dropping my jaw at some of them. All-American innocent girl?! Overweight tan brunette?! Oh dear.

I'll be whatever you want me to be, listeners... As long as you love me.

Now that I finally have my own computer at work, I can get on the network, take the recordings of my show, and share them with you! Every day I'll do a daily podcast post that'll include the call-in topic of the day, the quick Hollywood Minute segment, and whatever else I talked about that may be more interesting to hear than to read.

Sometimes I do my radio show and think "meh, that could have been a lot better." Sometimes I try to forget about it. Sometimes, like today, I know it was a good one.
