It's an advertisement for pants that apparently "do the job" thanks to their style.
O...M...G. That's enough to turn anyone on. I don't know how pants could ever do the trick, but if it works for ya, more power to ya!
I still can't believe other countries can come up with these commercials and America can't even keep them on YouTube. Ugh. LAME!
