I say this all of the time: The Black Eyed Peas' "Boom Boom Pow" is a party starter. People will get DOWN to that song no matter what!
Even little kids have their own dance to it!
Okay no really though, this kid can get down on the dance flo'! He's not even worried about ANYONE else around him! Whoever edited it all together is a genius, too.
It reminds me a little of the kid who danced to Low. But... that kid was even better.
