I'll admit, when I first watched the news autotuning video, I didn't get the humor in it. Then I watched the office one while I was uber-ADD today and I couldn't stop laughing. Everything's better when you're ADDing.
Basically, take a real life situation, add a T-Pain microphone, and you got yourself a funny video... An "autotuning" video.
Okay, okay. I'm sold. They're hilarious. This little microphone thing is going to take over the world... I'm calling it now.
