How do you feel about this?:
That's an Amish buggy, with neon lights on it.And someone recently told me, it's not exactly an uncommon occurrence.
What the heck... Don't they like, hate electricity or something?! Interesting.
I even heard about someone having an XM radio in their buggy. Not okay.
But really, what do you think?

I live near a bunch at home and I've never seen one with neons, but lights isn't uncommon. They need to be visible to cars at night and it's illegal for them to go out in the dark without at least a flashing light on the front and back. I can't vouch for the XM comment.
