If you somehow didn't know, OJ Simpson was trying to get another trial after he and a co-defendant were found guilty on Oct. 3 on 12 accounts!! They were charged with robbery, kidnapping, and assault for holding up two sports memorabilia dealers in a Vegas hotel and walking away with $100,000 worth of items.

And, of course, he wanted a new trial.

Well, it's looking like he's not going to get that trial. The Nevada judge is denying it because his lawyers' didn't prove to be strong enough.

Oh and on top of that, they were also denied being able to be released on bail before the sentencing on December 5. So, they could be looking forward to spending the rest of their lives in jail.

Where's his Kardashian attorney when he needs him, huh?!
