Why? Because you might get peed on.. Like some people did Friday night during a concert.
Who peed on them? Well, a city councilman did. Yea, you heard me.. Steven Lipski.. A New Jersey City, NJ COUNCILMAN!!!
Apparently he was hammered and just thought it would be a good idea.. But seriously.. A guy in a government position?!?!?!
He's being charged with simple assault, and having to face extreme embarrassment.
