the worst of the worst

America is fat.. Largely thanks to all of the fast food places lining the street on your way home from work or school when you haven't eaten in hours.

So, in order to help you out in picking which one to go to, and what to order, they do this list every year... It's the worst fast food items of each kind that you could order.
  • Drink: Sonic Minute Maid Cranberry Juice Slush-- XL [616 calories]
  • Value Menu Item: Burger King Spicy Chick’n Crisp Sandwich [450 calories]
  • Mexican Entree: Taco Bell Grilled Stuft Beef Burrito [680 calories]
  • Hot Sandwich: Sonic Chicken Club TOASTER Sandwich [742 calories]
  • Crispy Chicken Sandwich: Hardee’s Big Chicken Filet Sandwich [800 calories]
  • Roast Beef Sandwich: Arby’s Roast Beef and Swiss Market Fresh Sandwich [810 calories... Isn't this supposed to be their "healthy option"?!]
  • Drive-thru Kids' Meal: Burger King Kids Double Cheeseburger and Kids Fries with Small Coke [950 calories]
  • Chicken Strips: Dairy Queen 6-Piece Chicken Strip Basket [1270 calories]
  • Side: Arby’s Large Mozzarella Sticks [849 calories]
  • Milkshake: McDonald's Large Triple Thick Chocolate Milkshake [1160 calories]
  • Salad: Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Strips Salad with Buttermilk Ranch Dressing [800 calories]
  • Dessert: Dairy Queen Large Strawberry CheeseQuake Blizzard [990 calories]
  • Fish Sandwich: Burger King BIG FISH Sandwich with Tartar Sauce [640 calories]
  • Cheeseburger: Hardee's Monster Thickburger [1420 calories]
  • "Healthy" Food: Arby's Roast Turkey and Swiss Market Fresh Sandwich [708 calories]
  • Drive-thru Meal: Carl’s Jr. Double Six Dollar Burger with Medium Natural Cut Fries and 32 oz Coke [2618 calories]
So, I hope you feel really great about your life and choice of foods now. ;) I guess I've learned to stay away from Arby's and BK. Maybe McDonalds IS a good choice....?

I do apologize if I ruined your life. Here's one more disappointment while I'm at it though: 1 Chick-fil-a milkshake... Ya know, the amazing ones.... is 125% of your fat for the day. Yikes. I hate knowing that.
