not the same

For all of you "Iron Man" lovers out there who were excited about the upcoming sequel, I'm sorry to say it's not going to be the same.

Terrence Howard is being replaced by Don Cheadle in "Iron Man 2" thanks to "financial issues."

[Terrence played Iron Man's best friend and future armor-clad hero War Machine.]

Now that Cheadle joined the cast, reports are saying he is going to play a bigger role in the sequel than the character did in the original flick.

I hate that this happens. I have never seen "Iron Man" so I don't know how big of a deal this really is, but for me, it's always a big deal when a character doesn't return for a sequel. It makes it a whole new movie, I feel.

Granted, I think Howard and Cheadle are VERY similar actors and always seem to play roles that deal with the same things as each other, but it's not the same face. What do you think?

Terrence, sometimes money isn't EVERYTHING. [Well, maybe nowadays it is.. urgh.] Good thing they were able to find a good replacement for ya, buddy, but I'm disappointed.

love,
elizabethany

I think they thought they could actually get away with the idea that all of us look alike, so it doesn't matter which Oscar Nominated/Winning Black actor is in the film.
