It's that time of the year again... where I get to take a 2 week vacation from blogging because I said so. [Considering I haven't gotten my shopping done and I have to travel this year, I think this is necessary.]

At the "rap" concert I went to the other week, I spotted this uber confident woman walking into the bar like what she was wearing and how she looked was something everyone say every day.
She was wrong. This was in fact something new for me.
Oh yes, that is in fact a lime green, mesh, full body suit. Yes, her nipple was beginning to slide out from her bra. Yes her ciggies are inside the suit close to her bosom. And yes, this is a normal bar in College Station.

Like I said, she walked in with the confidence of Pam Anderson on a Playboy cover... And so did her friend. If you look closely, you'll see they thought it was twin night at the club. The twin chose pink.
I know what you're thinking: "EB, you can't post this. She's going to find you and do scary things." Well, maybe... But she saw me and plenty others taking pictures and videos and didn't do a thing about it. Plus- if someone's going to have the nerve to wear such a thing in front of me when I have my camera, there's nothing I can do about it. I've given plenty warnings.

Tweet It's been a while since I've been able to update you on the upcoming season of Real World: Back in Las Vegas. I have 2 more roommates to introduce you to [which only leaves one "mystery"] and a few fun little spoilers.
Meet Leroy Garrett and Heather Cooke:
Leroy is from Romulus, Michigan, and apparently "loves to party, have fun, and most of all hook up with chicks." People are saying he moved to Dallas recently, so if any of my Texans recognize him, you know what to do. By the looks of his pics, I'd say he's going to be a huge dbag.. but "ya can't judge a book by its cover." ...Yea, whatever.
Heather is the replacement for Adam who got kicked out after 4 weeks of filming [and yes, is the second Heather in the house.] She turns 22 on Christmas day, half Filipino, half white, and is from California, MD! Another DMV local! She went to Leonardtown High and played soccer for Layola Maryland. Apparently she was working in DC as a junior program analyst for Amelex before heading out to Sin City! DMV REPRESENT!
As for what's been goin' on:
The cast got to go on vacation this season! They went back to Cancun.
Adam returned to Vegas [probably for pictures, but maybe something else too]
Tweet I told you last week that most of the new music coming out is Christmas music, so I think it's time we enjoy the season and experience it together.
I grew up with all the classic carols, so now I like it when my favorite artists sing their own versions, or even make their own. And that's what this is. Enjoy!
Coldplay--> Christmas Lights
Didn't know it was legal to make a depressing Christmas song, but Coldplay pulled it off. I like to stay away from depressing songs...
The Killers--> Boots
I lied. The Killers also wanted to make a depressing-feeling Christmas song, too. Fabulous. [Maybe the lyrics aren't so depressing, but the feel of the song certainly is.]
Train--> Shake Up Christmas
Yes, this is the song for the Coke commercials... I still enjoy it as a song, though. Even if Train has been haunting us in all of pop culture this year.
Matisyahu--> Miracle
Here's a Chanukah song for all my Jewish readers! Everyone's raving about it. You have to go about 1:45 in to get to the song part, and it's got a good beat.
Katharine McPhee--> Christmas Is the Time to Say I Love You
Probably my favorite new one I've heard so far. I like Katharine. It's a shame she hasn't done better in the mainstream radio world.
Kristinia Debarge--> Do You Hear What I Hear
I also fully enjoy Kristinia Debarge. This is a really pretty rendition of the classic song.
Mariah Carey--> Oh Santa
Everyone wants this to be as big as her classic "All I Want For Christmas" song. I don't think that's possible. For anyone, really. It is a good Christmas song, though. Her Christmas special on ABC last night- weird.
Rihanna--> A New Child Is Born
Ooh, she put her Barbados touch on this song! It's fun! I totally dig it. It's different and it's not your typical Christmas song, but that's what's refreshing.
Tweet I've been coming up with parody ideas for a LONG time. I'll admit: They're not my strong suit, but I was pretty excited for this one.
After a TON of obstacles to work through, I finally got to film this video.
Normally the song is all about an upcoming proposal, but we decided to show the stereotypical men/women. It may be a bit much, and definitely more awkward than any other Christmas music video, but that's why it's great.
All I'll say is: The kicker is at the end... So stay tuned.

Do you know what they like to eat or drink? That's easy to figure out! Then, you could always match it up with some flavored alcohol!
There are a TON of flavors I've never heard of. Did you know they have root beer flavored liqueur? Jalapeno flavored vodka?! Coconut tequila! There's even salmon flavored vodka!
Who knows if any of these are really delicious, but that's not the point. It's one of those unusual gifts that someone isn't going to think of and will be totally excited to try. Plus, they'll appreciate the effort you put in to finding something different. [You're welcome.]

Tweet I noticed that there are no Christmas movies in the theater this year and it has honestly saddened me quite a bit. Luckily we can count on ABC Family to deliver some goodies straight to our TV sets.
This Sunday "Christmas Cupid" is premiering! It's just like every other "Christmas Carol" type movie with a twist... Except that it deals with an extremely attractive cast.
I got to talk to the two female costars Ashley Benson [Pretty Little Liars] and Christina Milian [singer and Love Don't Cost A Thing/other things].
We talked about everything from the fact that every "Sloane" on TV is perfect, to their amazing costars, to the 90's and their upcoming album with Vanilla Ice. [WHAT?!]

They totally remind me of two besties in high school or college! Very fun.
I definitely think there might be a bit of a connection there with Christina/Chad. I know Chad is supposedly with/engaged/married to Kenzie Dalton, but I'm not buying it. If nothing else, Christina definitely felt a flutter when she was with him in the movie.
